Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Grow Your Career (GYC) operates from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Email verification may be required before first sign-in. Accounts created through Google are verified by Google.

CV review and ATS analysis, a resume builder, aptitude testing, mentorship cohorts and workshops, and a job listing board. We work to keep these available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change.

We do not guarantee employment. Nothing on this platform is a promise of a job, an interview, a score, or a hiring outcome. AI-generated CV feedback is guidance, not a professional assessment, and can be wrong.

• Prices are shown before you pay and are in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are handled by our payment providers. Some methods are verified manually and may take time to confirm.
• Paid services begin once payment is confirmed.
• For a refund request, contact support@gycplatform.com. We consider requests case by case, and generally cannot refund a service that has already been delivered.

Your CVs, resumes, and submissions remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as is needed to deliver the service you asked for, for example, sending CV text for analysis when you request a scan.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Do not:

• Break the law, or use the platform to harm, harass, or defraud anyone.
• Scrape, resell, or bulk-extract content or listings.
• Attempt to breach security, access other users' data, or disrupt the service.
• Upload malware, or misuse automated tools against the platform.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove content that does.

Job listings and links may take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their hiring decisions, or their treatment of your data. Verify any job opportunity independently before sharing personal information or paying anyone.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or loss arising from reliance on unverified information.

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@gycplatform.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Some records may be kept after closure where the law requires it, see the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be emailed to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
